Summary of the NRW Offer

On 24 November 2020, NRW announced an offer for all the ordinary shares of Primero.

Under the terms of the Offer, Primero shareholders will receive $0.275 cash plus 0.106 NRW Shares for each of their Primero Shares, subject to the satisfaction or waiver of the conditions to the Offer.
