We are excited to share that NRW Holdings wholly owned subsidiary, Fredon has been awarded a circa $115 million package of works for the Stack Data Centre, MEL03.
This Design and Construct Mechanical scope is for the off-site fabrication component of the Mechanical works which will commence in September 2026 and be complete by March 2028.
This first stage award forms part of a ~$300 million total package of works to be delivered by Fredon, as Preferred Contractor, with completion scheduled for 2028.
