Jules Pemberton
Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director
Jules has over 25 years of experience in both the resources and infrastructure sectors. Since joining NRW in 1996, he has held a range of senior executive roles, including Chief Operating Officer, before being appointed Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director in 2010.
He is highly skilled in corporate transactions, industry knowledge, people and culture and global business strategy, with a strong track record in operational leadership, project delivery and sustainable business growth.

Jeff is a seasoned corporate leader with over 35 years of professional services experience at Ernst & Young, including five years as Managing Partner of its Western Region and leadership of the Oceania China Business Group.
His expertise spans commercial and regulatory compliance, corporate transactions, and audit and financial oversight, having served as lead partner on major public company audits, capital raisings, and strategic transactions across the mining, oil and gas sectors.

Fiona is a senior executive leader with over 30 years of commercial and operational experience across the Australian and international resources and infrastructure sectors, including with MIM Holdings, Xstrata Queensland and the AMCI Group.

David Joyce
Non-Executive Director
David is a former mining executive with over 30 years of experience delivering major projects across Australia and internationally.
His career includes engineering roles with Kinhill Engineers and WMC Resources, followed by senior leadership positions at Rio Tinto, where he concluded his executive tenure in 2021.
He has overseen the development of infrastructure, services, processing facilities, and initial mining operations both underground and open-pit, for greenfield and brownfield projects worldwide.

Her project work in Australia, Papua New Guinea, and Africa has included risk management, procurement strategy, and the negotiation of mining services, supply, Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) and Engineering Procurement Construction Management (EPCM) agreements.

Chief Operating Officer - NRW Civil & Mining and Action Drill & Blast
Mike has over 40 years’ experience in overseeing a broad range of civil and mining projects throughout Europe and Africa and for the last 27 years in Western Australia.
He has held senior positions in contracting businesses such as Henry Walker Eltin, Leighton, Downer and most recently as CEO and Managing Director of MACA, as well as mining companies WMC, Normandy Mining and Fortescue.

Geoff Caton
Chief Operating Officer - Golding
Geoff is highly experienced in operations and project management. Before commencing with Golding in 2006 as the Civil General Manager, he held various operational leadership roles in the Bowen Basin in Queensland.
These included project management roles with both a leading Australian mining contractor and one of the largest global mining companies.

Prior to joining NRW, Michael was the President of Alcoa of Australia Ltd and Vice President of Alcoa’s Australian Operations.
He has also held senior positions at Rio Tinto Iron Ore such as General Manager, Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director.
Michael is a past President of the Australian Aluminium Council and a former director of the Australian Institute of Management, Western Australia.

Scott joined NRW Holdings in October 2025 as part of the acquisition of Fredon.
With over 30 years in the construction industry, Scott has significant experience in business management of electrical, mechanical, infrastructure, rail and building businesses as well as project delivery and leadership roles on major infrastructure and building projects.
He has held board positions with the NSW Civil Contractors Federation, Roads Australia and is currently a Board Member of Powering Skills Organisation.

David is an experienced senior commercial executive, having worked for several energy, engineering and construction companies for over 20 years.
Previously, he held the position of Vice President, Commercial, at Clough and has held senior commercial roles, as well as project and site experience gained while working on mining and mineral processing, infrastructure and oil and gas projects across Australia, Thailand and Malaysia.
