Celebrating International Women’s Day

At NRW, we are taking steps to create a more diverse workforce. Adrienne Parker, Non-Executive Director, provides her insight.

Female representation on our Board remains at 33.3% and has increased at workforce levels to 19.4% (17.2% in 2024).  We have reinforced our equity and inclusion policies and continue to improve female representation across the different levels of our business.

While we’ve made progress, we know more must be done to challenge norms, invest in education, and create meaningful development pathways for women. We strive to provide real, everyday change and contribute to a workplace where everyone has equal opportunity to thrive.
