CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER AND MANAGING DIRECTOR
Jules Pemberton was appointed Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of NRW Holdings in July 2010.
Jules joined NRW in 1997 and held senior management and executive roles as Operations Manager, General Manager and Chief Operating Officer prior to his current appointment.
Jules has 25 years’ extensive experience in business, sales and senior management in both Australia and the United Kingdom.
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Andrew Walsh joined NRW in January 2014, bringing 25 years of experience in the international financial arena.
Andrew has held senior finance and executive roles in project based companies including defence, manufacturing, oil and gas and resources. He has considerable experience in corporate finance, major project accounting, M &A transactions and strategy development.
Andrew holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management and is a qualified Accountant.
GENERAL MANAGER - ASSETS
Craig Watson joined NRW in 2018 and has over 35 years’ experience in the mining and civil construction industries. Prior to joining NRW Craig held executive positions with Original Equipment Manufacturers, Mining Services Companies, Mining and Civil Construction Contractors throughout Australia.
Craig holds a Bachelor of Commerce with majors in Economics and Finance from Curtin University, Diploma of Mechanical Engineering and a Trade Certificate, Plant Mechanic’s Industrial College of TAFE W.A.
GROUP MANAGER - RISK & COMMERCIAL
Deon is a Chartered Professional and Registered Civil & Structural Engineer (CPEng & NER) with over 20 years’ experience having held senior and executive roles in both public and private companies, working in transport, oil and gas, mining and land development sectors. Deon has considerable experience in project delivery and contract/commercial management as well as strategy and risk.
Deon holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (BECivil), Post Graduate Certificate in Management (PGradCertMgmt) and is a Member of Engineers Australia (MIEAust), the Australian Institute of Company Directors (MAICD) and the Resolution Institute / IAMA (MIAMA).
GENERAL MANAGER - HEALTH, SAFETY, ENVIRONMENT AND TRAINING
David McCaughey joined NRW in 2014.
David has over 16 years’ experience in HSE and QA in Australia, New Zealand and Internationally across multiple sectors. His previous positions have included senior corporate, operational and project management roles working in a range of industries including; construction, defence, utilities, transport infrastructure, oil and gas and mining.
David holds a Bachelor Degree in Management & Information Systems from Curtin University.
GROUP MANAGER - HUMAN RESOURCES
Keith Bassett joined NRW in 2004 and performed senior leadership roles in the human resource group including General Manager HR, before being appointed Group Manager Human Resources in 2014.
Keith has 30 years’ industry experience, with over 20 years in senior human resources roles. Keith has worked with large scale contractors and principals in civil construction, minerals processing, and underground and surface mining.
